If you wish to help our cause, please feel free to donate a "Basic Bag". Every family receives the "Basic Bag" of food which is supplemented with canned goods and bakery and other items, depending on the number of family members.  The "Basic Bag" contains frozen meats , 1 dozen eggs, flour, rice, sugar, beans, pasta, tomato sauce, oatmeal and peanut butter.  The cost to put together a "Basic Bag" of food is approximately $20.00. If you would like to donate the equivalent of a "Basic Bag" of food, you may send your check for $20.00 to the SOS Food Bank
